A total bypass of the white stuff on our green lawns here in So Cal. Cheating winter out if its bitter cold is what we in Orange County, CA have pulled off this year - like most years. A little rainstorm and voila! a chilly fifty degree morning on a crispy clear day complete with snow covered mountains while we in the valley continue to enjoy our botanical surroundings. This photograph was taken near Brea Homes and Fullerton homes in Orange County, CA. Valley views across to the San Gabriel mountains in this area are common with spectacular views during the winter storm season. Southern CA enjoys a mediterranean style climate with dry summers and mild rainy winters.
